We aim to send your orders within 2-3 workdays your order’s confirmation.
Your order from UK will be delivered by Standard 1st Class Royal Mail, included in our prices. In case of orders and/or delivery destinations are outside of UK, they will be priced during checkout process. Please contact us if you have any queries about delivery options.
Shipping fees are inclusive of VAT, handling and packing charges.
We advise you to group your items in one order as we cannot guarantee that two or more orders placed independently will be dispatched together and shipping fees may apply to each. Please contact us if you have any queries about delivery options.
We will deliver your items inside reused card boxes and envelope bags, without single use plastic bags but certainly well-protected.
We are greatful that you support our small business and sure that you will be happy with any item you buy at Sista&Sista Made, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please get in touch. We accept returns of all full price cushions, bags, scarves, ready to wear clothing and accessories in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt. We do not issue refunds for sale items and custom-made items. However, a credit note, or exchange can be arranged.
With all items returned to us for a refund, we will only refund the original cost of the item/s. No refunds will include the original postage charge, or any return postage costs unless it is established by us that item/s are faulty or were sent out incorrectly.
Refunds will normally be processed within three to five working days after the goods are returned and received by us, however this may take longer to appear on your account statement. We will email you to confirm a refund has been made.
If you have any problems with an item or it fails to reach the high standard you would expect, or your order is incorrect, then you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the transaction and if it appears we have made a mistake, we will send you the correct item or issue a refund. Upon investigation, if we are unable to find an error on our part, we reserve the right not to send a replacement or refund.
When returning items, we recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and would advise retaining proof of postage as we will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit.
