Flower print flannel fabrics are back in fashion and they are so retro that we sewed many simple dresses for ourselves and our friends. This black flannel flowers cushion is made out of the remaining pieces of a friend’s dress. It turned out traditional looking when embellished with orange colored scrap yarn and burnt orange colored embroidery yarn. It feels like we are back in grandma’s house.
